5.402 "The committee recommends that the Office of Hearing Services review its policy with regard to the replacement of damaged, lost or obsolete cochlear implant speech processors for eligible clients over 21 years of age, and if possible, align it with the replacement policy for eligible clients less than 21 years of age.�
